I led the redesign of Waggel's internal claims platform, simplifying complex workflows and reducing manual processes to help claims handlers verify and process claims faster.
I'm designing and building a fitness coaching marketplace that helps people discover trusted coaches through credible reviews, while giving independent coaches the tools to grow.
I redesigned Waggel's insurance basket using behavioural research to simplify how customers review and edit their quotes, improving clarity and conversion throughout a critical purchasing journey.
I helped lead a mobile-first redesign of boohooMAN's shopping experience, exploring better product discovery, simpler purchasing journeys and a more distinctive brand experience.
I'm a product designer who enjoys getting into the complicated stuff.

My background in graphic communication and typography shapes how I approach design, while my growing development experience helps me think beyond the interface.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me in the gym, coaching rugby or taking photos.
